What's new for 2009? Twelve semifinal acts, four semi-final nights, a guaranteed spot on the WBRU playlist, and perhaps best of all, for the first time, you can submit your music electronically via email. Note that every member of the band needs to have hand signed the form, so do not procrastinate. Get us your entry today!
Wondering about prizes? The winner of the 2009 WBRU Rock Hunt will receive: $1,500 in musical instruments, $1,000 in recording time, a photo shoot worth $600, band rehearsal space for a year, $500 cash, and a spot on WBRU airwaves for at least the rest of 2009, if not for all ETERNITY. We're still working on even more prizes, but we thought it might be a good time to get you salivating over all this loot.
Remember, you can drop of or mail a CD with two songs with a signed entry form as before, but now you can drop off or mail your signed entry form and email us the two songs separately HERE. If you choose the email method, please put the "Name of Entrant" as you wrote it on your entry form in the email subject line.
